Jordan Foulds Memorial Service: Jordan’s memorial service will be held at St Helen’s on Wednesday 13th July at 11.30am

YARD SALE – SATURDAY, JULY 9 2022 : All members are asked to take part in our upcoming YARD SALE, the following help is needed.

FIRST: if you have items that you are willing to sell to help the Church, please be part of the crew that will facilitate The Yard Sale on SATURDAY, JULY 9, 2022.

Gates will ONLY be open for sellers at 8:00 a.m. The Sale will be open to the public at 9:00 a.m. Sales close at 1:00 p.m. Hot Dogs and other refreshments will be available for purchase. Any members wishing to bring items for sale will be required to host their table and sell their own goods or make arrangements for someone else to do so.

We are looking for a charity that would be willing to pick up and take away any leftovers BUT if this is not a possibility, each member will be responsible for taking their goods home or to a thrift shop.

SECOND: Members can reserve a table for themselves or they can share a table with another member(s). Register to reserve your table or half a table NOW with Lynn Turner.

THIRD: looking for someone or more than one to handle the advertising of this event i.e. getting it on the appropriate FB pages, organizing posters etc.

FOURTH: will need some “parking attendants” to make sure that people and cars are in the right place and using the correct entry/exit.

This is a fund-raiser for St. Helen’s Anglican Church - your Church!!
